Sheida fantastic dentist,had private appointment 2 white fillings,very patient always checking i was feeling ok,and allowed plenty of time for my treatment.

All of the staff at the Great Yarmouth practice, including reception, nurses and dentists are exceptional at this practice. Nothing is too much trouble. They are always cheerful, helpful and professional. Maddie, the nurse and Nassos the dentist are magicians, they are just so knowledgeable and capable. I'm constantly being informed of what will happen, and during the visit how it is progressing, lots of reassurance and kindness. I can't rate them enough

Professionalism, effucuency

I was referred for what turned out to be a difficult extraction (broke into several pieces). I received a text on Tuesday morning asking me to phone re an appointment my wife phoned on my behalf as tinnitus makes using the phone difficult and I was offered a 3pm appointment for that day. I arrived around 15mins ahead of time was booked in and seen before time. My dental surgeon explained the procedure and was very reassuring, he his assistant and reception staff made what to some may be a worrying time a very pleasant experience. Regular reminders, excellent communication and friendly service makes it easy for me to keep dental matters under control. It was just a regular check up this time but the same professional service just like with any visits before. Many thanks!

Bhavishka Limani is such a friendly dentist, she really makes you feel welcome and comfortable. She saw all 3 of my girls at once and they were all happy. Would recommend

Cannot find fault with care. Receptionists were great. Sean was very patient and described the problem and options in detail. This was a second opinion and not my usual dental practice. Had to pay upfront which was fine only wish they had waited to see how many xrays I required and then charged me rather than guess as I'm now £11 in credit with the possibility that if I do not return for treatment I may lose that money.

James and his nurse. They were calm, and considerate of my nervousness. Result from previous very bad dental experience. James explained what was going to happen, he was efficient and the extraction was over in less than 4 minutes. Great job. Thankyou

Cannot rate Braintree together dental enough, very pleasant receptionist clean areas my Dentist is very patient with me as being rather a nervous patient and understanding.

From reception to seeing the dentist they are courteous professional and friendly keeps patient at ease.

All the Staff are kind and caring ............very professional they take all my fear (going back to the dreaded school Dentist Experience ) away and discuss what they are going to do and they understand my needs .

A routine visit with Sarah, the Hygienist. I was seen dead on time, she came out and greeted me personally, made me feel welcome, as usual. She always comes up with new ways to improve my dental hygiene, and gives me lots of good advice, while having a general chat (and polishing my teeth) at the same time, that's a gift! I always leave there feeling that the visit was worthwhile.

I have to say for a person that used to have a phobia of dentists, Ami is the best dentist that I've had. I feel totally at ease.
