Poor reception customer service
One of the receptionists displayed poor customer service. I was left waiting at her counter without any acknowledgment while wishing to pay and leave, despite standing in front of her. She also lacked the customer courtesy to explain their had been a price increase since my last visit, and seemed impatient when I questioned the price increase. I didn’t appreciate her poor customer service and so didn’t pay the deposit and book another appointment. I was in a state of complete discomfort, following my hygienist treatment with Anna and was not in the mood for poor service minutes after.
