My dentist was welcoming as usual. Answered all my questions extremely helpfully and offering me some strategies for lessening the effects of my teeth grinding. As well as giving me my check up
I was genuinely shocked at the price of my treatment. It was way more than the quote given. I am trying to get to the bottom of this.
This is perhaps the best appointment I've ever had with a dentist. He asked appropriate questions and explained things to me clearly, without treating me like a 3 year old. I felt so hopeful afterwards. I so hope this dentist doesn't leave the practice. The receptionists are always polite, cheerful and helpful too.

2 times now mix up in appointments blamed on “new person”
My wife had a tooth out yesterday and was very impressed with Christina the dentist and would highly recommend them.
I am a very nervous client but have been coming to this practice for about 15 years and have always been accommodated with a dentist that deals with nervous clients like me. On this occasion I had to see the dental hygienece, I couldn't bring myself to agree this as my nerves in my teeth were jumping! Then out of the blue my lovely dentist offered to do the job and promised me that she would be gentle and if I needed pain relief it was there if I needed it. To my delight it all went well and I managed to get through the descaling and polishing of my teeth without the backup but still with my jumping nerves at times. Many thanks to my very patient and sympathetic dentist Shabna Basheer.
