Laura and her dental nurse are both excellent and make visits an enjoyable experience but also give exceptional service and attention to detail.

Friendly and explained what the situation was with a snapped off tooth.

As always, excellent experience. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Russell was excellent as he always is - explained my X-ray results and the actions that are needed. Underlined the importance of regular check-ups.

Personally I think they’re fantastic not the place anyone wants to be . The ladies at the reception are very nice and professional and if you have emergency they always try and fit you in My dentist is mr lion I’m a very nervous patient and he puts you at ease as he explains what’s he going to do step by step fantastic dentist in my opinion

Friendly staff and very thorough hygienist,came out of there very impressed by the level of service and care.

I needed an extraction and had to cancel my first appointment because of another medical issue. I went back and asked if they had a standby list and they said they would call me when a cancelled appointment happened. Within five days that included a weekend, an appointment became available and my tooth was removed yesterday 22nd July. If you get the jitters at the dentist, this is most definitely the place to go.

I called requesting an appointment as a bit of my tooth had fallen off, was given a 15 min emergency appointment next day , very pleased

The best dentist I’ve been too. Reassuring as I was a nervous patient, they made me feel relaxed and my nerves went as soon as I was there. Highly recommended , and the treatment was very good.

As an NHS patient I have always had the best of care from Together Dental Downham Market. Whether a check up or tooth out it’s always very professional and gentle. I always feel at ease and cared for.

Friendly and efficient service

Dentist Imran Khan was absolutely amazing with my neurodivergent child. He took the time out to explain the procedure to her every step of the way, was incredibly kind, and gave her small breaks in-between the session. Regularly checked in with her to see if was okay. My daughter was so calm all throughout because of his thoughtful consideration and care. I recommend his services to everyone. What an amazing person. Thank you.

Katie is the best hygienist I've encountered. Most others have also been very good, but Katie is exceptional. Due to her expert application of numbing gel, and understanding of how long the sachets needed to be kept in place to be really effective, I recently had the most comfortable experience of cleaning I've ever had. It was becoming such an uncomfortable 3 monthly experience that it had even crossed my mind to forego dental cleaning altogether but Katie has restored my confidence to continue.
