For the nervous clients
I am a very nervous client but have been coming to this practice for about 15 years and have always been accommodated with a dentist that deals with nervous clients like me. On this occasion I had to see the dental hygienece, I couldn't bring myself to agree this as my nerves in my teeth were jumping! Then out of the blue my lovely dentist offered to do the job and promised me that she would be gentle and if I needed pain relief it was there if I needed it. To my delight it all went well and I managed to get through the descaling and polishing of my teeth without the backup but still with my jumping nerves at times.
