TM Legal is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
The lady I spoke with Ranell was so understanding,compassionate and really was there to help with this matter. I was so worried about calling but I couldn't have had a more lovely lady on the other line.

Trying to get money from people for a company that has no longer exist is out of order and am sure lots of people agree with me and that company is brighthouse and also scaring people in to paying more than they can (disgusting)’

I was very happy with the way I was treated
I have had an arrangement with TM Legal for over 6 years following a CCJ. I have made every payment in full and on time for the whole of this period. In June this year I received an email claiming that I hade missed a payment on the 1st June, this was quickly followed by text messages and calls. I responded immediately explaining that payment had been made and sent proof from my bank, this was sent multiple times. Whilst this was going on different agents kept trying to call from TM Legal about the same issue, along with numerous emails. I was assured this would be investigated! Fast forward to 15th July I received an email claiming that I had made sporadic payments on my account (all payments made in full and in time for over 6 years!). I call them to be informed that I am in breach of my agreement! Whilst on phone to TM Legal I have an incoming call from TM Legal asking me to set up a payment plan! How can this company continue contacting me whilst there is an ongoing investigation! I find the agents do not listen to my complaint, according to the agents I cannot speak direct the complaints department as they are not customer facing! When ever agents from TM Legal say something is going to happen such as no contact for 2 weeks, or that someone will call me back, they will never confirm this by email! Apparently agents are not able to send emails! This continued appalling service is bordering on harassment and causing me enormous amounts of stress and anxiety,and all because of errors by TM Legal.
