Really badly manage company
Really badly manage company. They seem to have a really poor track over their inventory. I had issues with every other i have placed with this company. I call to my local branch to see if they have an item in stock they responded yes the system says there are x amount in stock, i ordered online for click and collect and they order took over a week to be ready for collection. The second order i placed, was also click and collect, for an item that was in stock at the branch, a few days later I received an email that the item was ready for collection. But wait hold on then i received another email ''sorry we don't have the item here is your money back''. their click and collect is a waste of time!!!

Ordered online 6th December, order never arrived, I heard nothing from ye, had to call several times no one knew where my order was, eventually told I'd have it 3rd January no sign I had to call again , half of it arrived following day had to call again

You have good competitive price
You have good competitive price, alway happy to deal with. Would of given 5 stars but the guy in the yard gave my man the wrong wood. Had to send him back. No apology but got the right stuff in the end.
