Really badly manage company
Really badly manage company. They seem to have a really poor track over their inventory. I had issues with every other i have placed with this company. I call to my local branch to see if they have an item in stock they responded yes the system says there are x amount in stock, i ordered online for click and collect and they order took over a week to be ready for collection. The second order i placed, was also click and collect, for an item that was in stock at the branch, a few days later I received an email that the item was ready for collection. But wait hold on then i received another email ''sorry we don't have the item here is your money back''. their click and collect is a waste of time!!!

Bad service and bad stock
Never received any sort of delivery details and when I rang to find out when it will be delivered, they said they would ring me back to let me know but never did. And of course the delivery arrived when I wasn't there to check it. When I did check the delivery, the sheets of plywood that I got were warped all over the place. They were still wet and were a nightmare to use. I also got lengths of wood which were so bad that when I went to pick them up, they just snapped in half.

Exceptional Service
We recently finished building our house so have dealt with a lot of building providers. TJ O'Mahony have by far been the most efficient to deal with. From my order process to delivery; we needed extra material and were remembered and looked after exceptionally well. Huge credit to Alan and the driver Stephen. I knew exactly when my order shipped and when it was delivered. Amazing customer service throughout; I would highly recommend this company to deal with.

Home Decking Project
I recently completed a home improvement project for ‘outdoor decking with a roof. This was an important project for my family so I wanted to take the time to write this short review for TJ O’Mahony’s In prosperous. In summary, their service was exceptional. Their professional advice & guidance at each stage from design to delivery was excellent. Their communication (phone calls and emails) was great and no query I had during the process was too small… their communication on final deliveries was also really good and important as it helped me manage my carpenters time and plan efficiently for everyone involved. It was a complex project with multiple suppliers involved to help me get the final specifications needed for the job, but TJ’s made it seem less by their communication and support throughout. Many thanks to Eugene & Mark in the prosperous branch… I’ll certainly be back to them for my next job, as they give a great balance of price, service, quality & confidence to help for any job big or small..

Restocking fee !!!
Bought extra items at encouragement of one worker and when I returned the unused items I was meet with a look of disbelief then informed I'd have to pay a restocking fee if fifteen percent. Very bad service like the guy was acting like I was crazy to be returning things, should be clearly advertised and staff shouldnt be encouraging me to buy more than I needed without telling me there's a restock fee.
