2 tickets gekocht. 1 is zichtbaar, de andere blijft draaien met de mededeling dat die wordt omgezet en straks beschikbaar is. Inmiddels al ruim 1 maand. Contact met klantenservice loopt erg stroef, tot nu toe nog steeds geen werkend ticket. Graag zsm beschikbaar stellen en als t niet lukt, betaal dan terug zodat we verder kunnen kijken.
Ticket verkopen, bizarre servicekosten berekenen en dan ook nog lang mogen wachten totdat het bedrag uitgekeerd wordt. Het begon als prima service, nu is het gewoon een graai app geworden....waarbij het service trum ai gestuurd is, en alles in Engelse taal❌

I almost had a heart attack because it appeared as a Past Event. As if the ticket was for the concert of the same artist and festival, but the day before. I think it’s important to be specific about the DATE, especially when you are buying tickets, cause it doesn’t even appear, and it’s essential. In my case it was a ticket for Guitarricadelafuente at Poble Español - Alma Occident, the 3rd of July. He performed at the same festival the day before also. It’s common to have different dates in the same city & tour, so be careful with that! And make changes in the app so the date appears ALWAYS, thanks!!!
Er is geen beveiliging. Mijn ticket was aan inkom reeds gescand door ander persoon. Dus meerdere keren verkocht ?!? Ik had een via de loterij gewonnen en dacht dat dit te vertrouwen was. Ik heb dus een dag verlof genomen en ben mijn geld kwijt. Via ticket swap geen hulp of antwoord gekregen.

Ticketswap used to be a legit company however their customer service has become terrible. They are trying to cut costs with their AI agent and no longer have anyone you can call. They dont even respond when after days of messaging, only say that their agent is on the way. Used to be very good, but now getting worse and worse. Ticketswap, if you continue like this you will become as bad as viagogo and StubHub. Truly dissapointed
TicketSwap closed my dispute without resolution after their platform sold me an invalid ticket. Despite providing evidence and their own admission they couldn't verify the ticket beforehand, they refuse refunds without 'scanner photos' - impossible to take when you're alone being asked to leave. This is systematic fraud protection failure, not customer service.
