My experience was okay. Not stellar. Not terrible Do not contact me to alter my "1-star review" when I have rated the experience a 3. Do not send another request asking me to change my review to a 5. That was my recent experience when rating a different order. I am not inclined to order any more if I am going to get hounded to change my reviews. I posted an honest review. If you want a 5-star rating from me, the experience needs to be worthy of it. As it is, I had an average experience. Navigating the site is not stellar, shipping time is slower than some other book sources, tracking info could be much more clear. Having to filter the tracking on multi-book orders is less than seamless. There--3 stars. Books were in the condition listed, shipping was slower but not off-putting by any means.
