Happy with the service.
Very happy with the company. The price was fair, and my book was delivered three days earlier than I was told. I would like to order more from them, but I have one problem. When you click on a book that catches your eye, it doesn't tell you what the book is about! This will, sadly, keep me from ordering, unless its a book that I'm familiar with.

Not what I thought I was getting
I ordered two books—Pride and Prejudice and Northanger Abbey, by Jane Austen. These are from the Chiltern books collection. I have all the other Chiltern Jane Austen books which have gold gilded edges. These two books I received have silver gilded edges, which does NOT match the collection. I am very disappointed.
