Merci d'éviter CHRONOPOST à l'avenir car le livreur ne s'est pas présenté devant le domicile (du monde était bien présent) et a préféré déposer le colis en point relais. Le carton d'emballage a été endommagé durant le transport mais heureusement que l'emballage était au top, aucun objet cassé.

Prix élevé
Je trouve que les prix sont trop variables, on reçoit une proposition et 10 min après le prix augmente dans le but de nous inciter à vite confirmer. Lorsque que j’ai demandé plus d’explications j’ai reçu une réponse très évasive et non compréhensible. Parfois les délais de livraison sont très longs. Apres l’emballage est tjs très bien.

Excellent service, packaging and communication
I have used the services of The Packengers for transport of art objects to my address in the Netherlands that I bought at online auction in France. The packaging is always excellent and very much care is taken that the delicate objects are not damaged. This is sometimes done by packaging these in a wooden crate. The company informs me on the status of the transport and because of the care taken, shipping is sometimes may take a bit of time. However, because of the care that is taken with packaging, I feel that the money I pay for the transport is always well spent and I do not mind waiting a few days longer. So I am very happy to end my review with five stars!
