Refused to by my car because it was previously registered a diplomatic vehicle. Gave no reason or explanation. Useless company, vasting my time. They mention resale restrictions and company policy making it inpossible to buy formerly registered diplomatic vehicles. This BS, there are no restrictions on selling that kind of vehicles. If it is their policy, they should inform about it in advance, not waste the customers time.
This was an experlent way to sell my car quickly and easily. Connor Mountain was particularly helpful in this process after I had filled in the online questionnaire. Everything went smoothly and the payment was promptly maid before the vehicle was driven away. Many thanks to the whole team

It was really easy to do, smooth transaction. very nice people. Answered any questions and paid instantly. Would highly recommend these. My car didn’t get picked up so I took it in and they arranged transport for me home, really thoughtful.

The company (Richard C) were fantastic, very understanding, as my dad has dimension had to sell his car and they were so accommodating to his needs. They came to collect the car very quickly so it wasn't around for my dad to use, they got him a good price. I recommend the company for there friendly and affectionate behaviour. 5 stars all the way.

Fantastic company to deal with . From the very start of the transaction to collecting the car .my main contact was with Megan Sykes. Lovely girl her talked me through the procedure and was extremely friendly yet professional . I was asked about service history and vehicle condition and was sent a Whatsapp link to send photos of the vehicle. I heard back from the company with my offer price which I was very pleased with compared to other company quotes. Megan kept in contact from start to finish . Thank you a stress free sale and would highly recommend.

This has been the most painless process. Every step was explained by Paul and then follow up emails for further information photos uploaded for the interior and exterior and minutes later a call to confirm agreed amount. 2 days later car collected money in bank before car taken. BRILLIANT

Don’t waste your time. I never leave reviews however this was the worst sales service I have ever received! Spoke to Dean Conner who asked me to send in pictures for a valuation which I did and after that didn’t respond back to me. I rang up twice and was told Dean would contact me but had nothing! I then spoke to Sean Masters who said he would deal with the matter and asked me to send some info over which I did straight away and again nobody got back to me! What a stupid company. I’m here trying to sell my car but they clearly don’t want to buy it. Before I get a response from the team asking me to send over my reg so they can “ look into it “ the reg is SG21 BXM

I was sceptical when I received a call from the Car Buying Group re selling my car. After a conversation they gave me a price for the car and I sent photos to them. They made me an offer after seeing the photos (which was the maximum I was offered online) - I was more than happy with that. The day came for the collection and again, I was sceptical. I believed this company would come out and start haggling or uming and arguing about the price. Nope. Photos taken of the car, evidence provided of what I had already advised (service history etc). 10 minutes later the call came to confirm the price they originally gave would be what I would get. Link was sent to me to provide account details and within 5 minutes the money was in my account. The men who picked the car up were really friendly and stayed until the money was in the account and at no point did I feel rushed. As promised tax was sorted out within 24/48 hours by the group. I would highly highly recommend this company. If you are honest re the condition of the car and service history, there are no complications. 5 stars!
