Refused to by my car because it was previously registered a diplomatic vehicle. Gave no reason or explanation. Useless company, vasting my time. They mention resale restrictions and company policy making it inpossible to buy formerly registered diplomatic vehicles. This BS, there are no restrictions on selling that kind of vehicles. If it is their policy, they should inform about it in advance, not waste the customers time.
This was an experlent way to sell my car quickly and easily. Connor Mountain was particularly helpful in this process after I had filled in the online questionnaire. Everything went smoothly and the payment was promptly maid before the vehicle was driven away. Many thanks to the whole team

It was really easy to do, smooth transaction. very nice people. Answered any questions and paid instantly. Would highly recommend these. My car didn’t get picked up so I took it in and they arranged transport for me home, really thoughtful.

Used other car buying sites before. Felt unhappy with their service once completed. I decided to try the car buying group this time and was pleased with the transaction. After getting the initial valuation I called them to get a true valuation. We agreed on a figure. They talk you through the next steps, agree a date to come and collect your car. All in all I was very happy with the service offered.
Received ridiculous offer so obvoiusly ignored, but then was bombarded with calls and emails constantly about their "great price". Told them to remove my details but still the spam calls/email continued. Think I'm on about 8 so far. Would never use these after this experience.
The company were very friendly and concise with their work. They kept in contact with me and had a clear way of working. Colin, who came to pick up my car was friendly and made me feel comfortable, I didn’t want to sell my car as it meant a lot to me but this company made it easier! Definitely recommend!
Great service from Rich. The only delay was from my side and Rich was still very accommodating and friendly during the whole process of me selling my car. From the day of me giving them the go ahead to collect my car to the day it was collected, it was only a few days between so a very quick turnaround time. The process of collection and payment been made was done very quickly. Standard checks done on the car and then payment was made within minutes. Great service overall and thank you again to Rich for his 5* service!
Outstanding service from start to finish, Rich guided me through the whole process with ease right through to the collection of the car by Gary. Both where very pleasant & honest about the whole process & Gary wouldn't leave until the money was in my bank. The whole experience took less than 24 hours from initial call to payment. Would highly recommend to all.
