Refused to by my car because it was previously registered a diplomatic vehicle. Gave no reason or explanation. Useless company, vasting my time. They mention resale restrictions and company policy making it inpossible to buy formerly registered diplomatic vehicles. This BS, there are no restrictions on selling that kind of vehicles. If it is their policy, they should inform about it in advance, not waste the customers time.
This was an experlent way to sell my car quickly and easily. Connor Mountain was particularly helpful in this process after I had filled in the online questionnaire. Everything went smoothly and the payment was promptly maid before the vehicle was driven away. Many thanks to the whole team

It was really easy to do, smooth transaction. very nice people. Answered any questions and paid instantly. Would highly recommend these. My car didn’t get picked up so I took it in and they arranged transport for me home, really thoughtful.

Selling a car is a daunting experience, first is the cleaning of the car, then the photos, the listing of all the details about the car, once that’s done then the phone calls start, the silly offers start coming in, constant messages, once that’s done then the tyre kickers start, then the haggling over £10, all in all a very stressful way of spending your time, this is the first time I have used The Car buying group, the gentleman I was dealing with was called Richard colborn, and he was a proper gentleman! From start to finish it was easy and he was real and true, If I’m selling another car his name is in my phone under proper car buyer, thank you again Richard, Kind regards Paul.

Smooth transaction, happy with valuation and price paid for car. When the guys came to collect, as my car was a higher mileage car, they did some checks and sent some additional photos to the office to confirm car was as described by myself at initial valuation, which they honoured. Outstanding service from Sean Masters. My pick up arrangements were complex because I was expecting the completion of the sale of my house. The sale happened just before close of business, but I was able to email Sean and he contacted transport that evening to ensure the pick up of my car from my new address the following morning! The guy who picked the vehicle up was also very good. The whole process was explained thoroughly and payment went through swiftly and with no issues.
