Refused to by my car because it was previously registered a diplomatic vehicle. Gave no reason or explanation. Useless company, vasting my time. They mention resale restrictions and company policy making it inpossible to buy formerly registered diplomatic vehicles. This BS, there are no restrictions on selling that kind of vehicles. If it is their policy, they should inform about it in advance, not waste the customers time.
This was an experlent way to sell my car quickly and easily. Connor Mountain was particularly helpful in this process after I had filled in the online questionnaire. Everything went smoothly and the payment was promptly maid before the vehicle was driven away. Many thanks to the whole team

It was really easy to do, smooth transaction. very nice people. Answered any questions and paid instantly. Would highly recommend these. My car didn’t get picked up so I took it in and they arranged transport for me home, really thoughtful.

Following an original contact made by their buyer Adam Crowther I decided to ask the group to buy my 2011 KIA Sorento. I found Adam to be very polite and helpful. After several phone calls and photos sent by myself to him we agreed a price which was paid without question when Tony collected the car this morning. The bonus was I didn't have to do a silly dance afterwards :-)
I might not have used this company if I had a newer vehicle to sell. However, the car was old with some damage and this company pick up from home with no fees on top. Entering the car information online and adding photos was fairly easy. The call centre answer quickly and all the staff I spoke to were helpful and polite. Jake, who I spoke with initially was friendly, helpful, and took time to explain clearly how the whole process works. The driver who arrived to collect car was also efficient and again explained the process clearly. Money transferred almost immediately as agreed. Would recommend to anyone with little experience of dealing with these companies.
Discussion regarding selling car that had a fault was easy. Offered a fair price. Uplift was easy and on time. Money transferred immediately. Good service.
I sold my car yesterday, when I got a quote for my car they turned up exactly when said they would, quick check around my car, then the money was in my bank in 5 minutes, the guy who came to pick my car up was really helpful and talked like a true gentleman not what I wanted to here, I would %100 recommended selling your car to these guys, I wouldn’t look no were else when want to sell again put it that way, really forward and did everything they said they would and even the girls who sort all this out was so polite and helpful, not going to lie but thought could be telling me what I wanted to hear but this wasn’t the case, don’t waste your time with webuyanycar etc , these guys are SO STRAIGHT FORWARD no hassle, another happy customer :)
