No creativity!
No creativity in designing the art works. Even could not change font colors for the text lines! Communication was confusing because some emails were generated by automation system.

They were very straight forward to work…
They were very straight forward to work with. Once I signed up they promptly reached out to design my ad. They did a beautiful job recreating the one I wanted and once approved, it was promptly displayed at the store. Very professional all around.

SCAM!!!! BAD BUSINESS!! NO CALL BACKS!!!
ON SEPT 4 2024 I SIGNED UP FOR 3 MONTH CAMPAIGN WITH 10 BILLBOARDS, AFTER I SIGNED THE CONTRACT THE REP TOLD ME THEY CAN ONLY GIVE ME 9. AFTER WAITING ALMOST 2 MONTHS THE DESIGN TEAM CONTACTED ME TO START AND DID A HORRIBLE JOB,SO I PAID MY OWN PERSON EVEN THO THEY CHARGED ME 275. THEN IN ALL 3 LOCATIONS THEY PLACED BILLBOARDS IN WRONG SPOTS, HAD WRONG GRAPHICS. THE MANGER THEN GAVE ME 2 MONTHS FREE. IN MONTH 4 THEY CHARGED MY CARD 1750 AND 1500 IN MONTH 5, WHEN THEY SAID IN WRITING I WOULD HAVE 2 MONTHS FREE. NO ONE CALLS BACK AND FINALLY TALK TO SOMEONE AND THEY ARE PLAYING GAMES, DRAGGING IT OUT 45 DAYS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

Frauds and Liars
Frauds and Liars. Contract was over, they keep on charging my portal. Kiosk was installed in unauthorized location - I was contacted by management team of the location telling me to remove my kiosk. I never took it, never know what happened. Basically wow wow wow in a HUGE negative way. Spoke to many reps - went nowhere

Read the contract !!
The Process was OK, we took a shorter 6 month contract to test the media since we had not used this in store mini-billboard before. The response was poor, which is no reflection on the company per-se but more on our offering not being suited to this medium. My real issue was with the contract. We signed for a 6 month contract, however hidden away was a clause that auto renewed month to month unless cancelled with 30 days notice. upon enquiring why we were billed for month 7 they alerted me to the "roll over clause" My bad I suppose, I just think it is a bit sneaky on their behalf.

Fraudulent Bank Activity
Horrible experience with Terraboost. They auto-renew based off some very fine print in the original contract, even though my ad at the grocery store was pulled. When I contacted them to cancel last September, I was told that I had to give a 30 day notice, which would have then ended my contract with them in October 2024. I just received ANOTHER charge from them this week! Attempts to call were futile and the Customer Service "Specialist" named Laura was rude and stopped replying to my emails. I do not recommend, and just filed a fraudulent dispute with my bank. Do NOT invest your money with them, they are frauds!!!

Couldn’t be worse
Couldn’t be worse. I signed up for a one year campaign. I went through a year of hell dealing with them, and finally my contract was up, they randomly started charging my credit card $400/mo six months later on a company card at a company i no longer work at and claim that it is auto renewed?!? Total scammers. Don’t do it.

Wish I could give -10 stars! Horrible experience. Once again a scam company praying on small business owners inability to compete with larger corporations marketing . I bought one for my business and my husband real estate company and not one single lead. It’s so upsetting until it’s not. This company places your ad in corners of stores that doesn’t attract anyone and then when informed it’s not doing well proceeds to tell you oh well you still need to pay. Biggest mistake of all the useless ways to market . I haven’t even checked on the campaign being that I’m so pissed . Run far away!!! It’s pointless and they’re scammers. I know specifically when we signed we asked if we could cancel anytime and the rep said yeah of course and then we even questioned the verbiage on the contract and he flat out lied stating we just need notice. Silly us, agreed and here we are about 2500 wasted so far

Stay as far away from this company as you can! I did buisness with them and the advert was totally useless and did not get me ONE customer. After that they sent me an email asking me to renew the campaign and I replied that I am not interested in renewing it, despite this they continued to debit my account! I have sent over 200 emails and called but they keep giving me the run around! I even emailed the CEO and despite promising to refund my money in 7-10 buisness days, I have not seen a dime in almost 2 months. They only cancelled my renewal abd have not refunded my money. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
