No creativity!
No creativity in designing the art works. Even could not change font colors for the text lines! Communication was confusing because some emails were generated by automation system.

They were very straight forward to work with. Once I signed up they promptly reached out to design my ad. They did a beautiful job recreating the one I wanted and once approved, it was promptly displayed at the store. Very professional all around.

So far, so bad
Since we began our partnership with Terraboost, it has been plagued by constant issues in the placement of our kiosks. At every location we have agreed to have them up at, there as has been some sort of issue. From sign damage and improper placement to incomplete or missing kiosks- it has been an issue. Our team has to constantly go out and check on the kiosks to ensure they are there and in the right spots. Terraboost Corporate has been hit and miss with their support reps and the ground team has been even less communicative. We simply can't trust them to tell us if what we are paying for is actually there. After a disastrous first 2-3 months, things finally seem rectified, but only time will tell if it stays that way. Only giving 2 stars because the few people I have been able to get in contact with at Terreboost have been nice and helpful.

Worst marketing service that I signed so far.
I’m extremely disappointed with Terraboost. They sell you the service and then completely stop replying. It’s clear they don’t care about customer experience at all. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of buying their services for multiple locations and have been paying $2,100 per month, but I haven’t seen a single lead come from this service. Not one! It’s been a total waste of money. I would never recommend Terraboost to anyone. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.

The phone calls were constant before…
The phone calls were constant before the campaign begun to ensure we were on board. Once our CC info was given and the art work was shown, and the kiosk was placed; no further calls were attempted to show us on how our campaign is reaching those we are trying to target. No demographics on who was being reached, how many daily/weekly/monthly scans. The terraboost IG showed a low quality "welcome" image that didn't link to us or our page, nor explained to anyone viewing the graphic what type of service we provide and was, overall, very bland. The idea of what they are producing is there, but for the price they are charging, it should be more than a one time post, and a 2 hour art work concept that is generated with AI. Disappointed overall, as not a single lead was found throughout this 6 months. If they're going to be a marketing firm, the should actually market the product the clients hire them for. Never again.

Terrible Experience – Avoid Terraboost! If I could give zero stars, I would. I was genuinely excited to sign up with Terraboost, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The artwork they provided was elementary at best—something I wouldn’t expect from a professional company. I remained patient, even offering to have my own graphic design team handle it, because they kept delivering subpar designs! What’s worse? I was repeatedly assured that I wouldn’t be charged again until installation. That was a complete lie—I was charged anyway! Their design team is far from professional, and the entire process felt like a scam. To top it all off, I referred a friend, thinking maybe my situation was just bad luck. Nope—she’s dealing with the exact same issues! This company is misleading, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Terraboost!

One is too high
One is too high. Nothing but trouble since trying to get an ad placed. Was never in the location that it was supposed to be. Resold my ad space prior to end of my contract and pulled my ad, now being billed for renewals. Have tried repeatedly to discuss with reps and no responses at all. Don't go there.

Do NOT use this company! They are completely unorganized, they charge your card up front before you even start your ad work. They actual ad work takes 4-8 weeks while they are still charging your credit card. They signed me up for two contracts at two different locations, one which didn't even open until over a year later but started charging my card 4 months before the front door even opened and now they have collected 5 months of $500 a month payments claiming I have a kiosk in the store and have turned my account over to collections which is now on my credit report. They have caused nothing but a nightmare for me and I never got one single lead from the one kiosk I did have. Read all the reviews with the BBB as they all say the same thing and it is true.

Total waste of money
Total waste of money! They don't do what they say, don't return emails or phone calls. Moved the kiosk twice without authorization. Put a direct competitor in the same location. STAY AWAY!

Beware: Dishonest Company - Lacking Integrity
Their sales rep provided false information about exclusivity. I based my decision to buy this kiosk because I was assured that they would not place the kiosk of a direct competitor in the same store. Not only did they place a direct competitor's kiosk in the same store, but they gave that person my desired location in the store. This company lacks ethics. Wish I had read all the negative reviews before signing the contract.
