No creativity!

No creativity in designing the art works. Even could not change font colors for the text lines! Communication was confusing because some emails were generated by automation system.

They were very straight forward to work…

They were very straight forward to work with. Once I signed up they promptly reached out to design my ad. They did a beautiful job recreating the one I wanted and once approved, it was promptly displayed at the store. Very professional all around.

Terrible Experience - Buyer beware!!

Terrible experience. Buyer beware. I wish I would have reviewed sites like these to include the Better Business Bureau as there are multiple red-flags warning that this is not an ethical company to deal with. I leveraged a 12-month campaign in our local grocer of which no leads were ever received. Halfway through customer service calls to see how the campaign is proceeding. I shared that the marketing approach was not working and that I would not be renewing. Shame on me for not getting that in writing as they claim that they have received nothing and that I am responsible for the 4 additional months being charged. Evidently, they do not document these calls and act upon and, just like that, my small business is out another $1,000. Not effective marketing, Not a company with integrity. Do not do business with them, run!

Horrid

Horrid. They continually charged my card, even when given proper notice, wouldn't refund, had to charge back charges. Their actual advertising product sounds good, but did absolutely nothing for us, we measured with a unique tracking number and got zero calls. So we paid money, got no results, and then had to mess with all this on the back end. If you sign up, you're paying for problems.

Billing Charges Continue…

Cancelled the Kiosk and was told I didn't uncheck the box for auto renewal, in the meantime I had switched brokerages so I was advertising under my old brokerage. Finally the marketing material was removed and I am still getting charged on my card. I will be filing a report with my financial institution since I do have emails confirming the cancellation.

You will be sorry if you sign with this company.

I ended my 12 month contract but they keep charging my credit card. Even 3 months after I cancelled. They are dishonest and deceptive.

DO NOT EVEN THINK TO USE THEM

It was a great waste of money. Oh well, I wish I saw reviews about this scammers earlier but I learned it in a hard way. THANK god , it is only $2,000 which is not horrible it could’ve been worse. Oh , by the way, during the campaign I just went in to the store by accident and realized my companies logo wasn’t even there. You are a piece of crap company, I really hope you’ll go bankrupt soon

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!! They claim to have placed my advertisement in a Kroger in Irmo, SC....but they NEVER did! Yet, they have charged me over $2600! Can't get anyone to respond to me. Complete scam!

Scam

Scam! SCAM! SCAM once you signed up you will never be able to reach them - they ignore you, do not return your calls or emails and continue to charge you even if your contract expire. Unbelievably terrible service, implementation is awful and no customer support. I needed to change info and could not get a hold of them for updated info:((( do not trust them

SCAM-Ghost you and keep charging.

Received an email confirming the end of my campaign and the first day it ended (I did not renew), they continued to charge my credit card. I have called the salespeople (Ernest) and submitted tickets to customer service only to receive one vague email from customer service that they will look into it and then they ghost you. I called again after a week of repeated emails and calls to Brandon, who was an initial salesperson and he sounded inebriated. He didn't answer the phone "Terraboost" but confirmed it was who I dealt with earlier in the process. Left me with no choice but to file a dispute with my credit card. SCAM-DO NOT HIRE THEM!

Whenever ever recommend for your…

Whenever ever recommend for your business, this was a business investment and as many others has stated Terra Boost is not a good investment. The salesman who sold me on my kiosk has stated that I would get a lot of leaves within 3 to 6 months and I have yet gotten one I had set up a special QR code plus a text number and have not received any leads from them and this has been since last year is now been a year! I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and getting a lawyer

No impressed

No impressed I ran into initial problems with placement of kiosk and had to follow up several times. I was then emailed near the end of the contract to see if I wanted to renew. I said no but was still charged $303 as the system had me as auto-renewal. I tried to explain that I did cancel but my trash inbox was emptied and encouraged the rep to find the communication on their end. No luck - no refund was agreed to. I will not spend money with them again.
