No creativity!

No creativity in designing the art works. Even could not change font colors for the text lines! Communication was confusing because some emails were generated by automation system.

They were very straight forward to work with. Once I signed up they promptly reached out to design my ad. They did a beautiful job recreating the one I wanted and once approved, it was promptly displayed at the store. Very professional all around.

Terrible Experience!!!

Terrible Experience!!! My business partner and I purchased two ad "kiosks" from Terraboost Media. We were told that we would here from then in 2 weeks, it took more than an month. When we purchased these two ad to be on "kiosks," in two CVS pharmacies we were told that they would be put in the pharmacies within two weeks of approval of the ads. We chose the two pharmacies we wanted the ads in (neither pharmacy was our first choice, but it was what they had available). Terraboost completed one ad but not the other. We were told we would pay nothing UNTIL the ad kiosk was in the stores we choose. Almost immediately they took a significant amount of money from my account. But the second ad was not done in nearly 3 1/2 months. when I complained each time I talked to a different person (who said he was in charge). Never saw the second ad. Kiosks were never done and they have not returned my money since May 2024. Watch out! I believe these people are a scam!!! Bad people. They lied several times and were really not very competent people. The last time I talked with them they told me we had to switch and choose new pharmacies. The pharmacies could not take our "kiosks!"

In spite of not renewing at the end of my contract, they continued to charge my card. I had to cancel my card to make it stop. I cannot trace a single lead to their ads. RUN.

We received no leads on an ad in…

We received no leads on an ad in multiple CVS locations. They have not followed through with the termination of the contract after 6 months as promised that was unfortunately promised over the phone instead of email to ensure it's documented. The production of the ad was decent but it's overall NOT worth it. The previous negative reviews are accurate!

I do not recommend Terraboost

I do not recommend Terraboost. I did not generate even one lead from my hand sanitizer station. And to add to that, unbeknownst to me, they stopped charging my credit card each month. When they realized their mistake I had a $2k lump sum due. After giving them yet another credit card to charge, they did not. Then I received a collection letter from them! They had a card to charge, did not charge it, and then treated me as if I was the problem. If I could leave zero stars I would.

We're a mid-sized real estate…

We're a mid-sized real estate brokerage, and we launched a campaign at CVS pharmacies across Texas. While we saw a slight lift in leads among our target audience, the engagement wasn't as high is some rural locations compared to urban areas, which was a bit of a letdown. The team was great about listening to our concerns, though, and we're tweaking the strategy as we go. Overall, it's positive experience, but there's room for improvement.

Our tech startup did a campaign

Our tech startup did a campaign at Water Town Mall in Chicago. We're in the software industry, so this was a bit of a different move for us. The campaign still brought in new leads. so overall, we're happy, and considering doing campaign.

We Kicked off a campaigns at Ralphs…

We Kicked off a campaigns at Ralphs supermarkets in Los Angeles. We're a local organic food brand, and we needed to boost our visibility in a crowded market. The kiosk placement at the store entrances were spot on-we saw a nice bump in foot traffic to our display inside the store. While the increase in sales wasn't as dramatic as we hoped, the brand awareness definitely improved. The Terraboost team was helpful and responsive throughout. All in all, a solid investment, and we're considering extending the campaign.

Terrible Company, Sales, Reps and Customer Service [resolved]

I signed a contract with Terraboost to create and place a kiosk advertising my business in a local grocery store. The kiosk, per the agreement signed on 10/23/23, was to be placed "E2 (R)" in the store. The salesman for this account, Gary, later confirmed this to mean "to the right of the entrance" in my local store. I paid $250 for art production and $239 a month starting December 2023. Including my initial payment, the campaign would total $3118. The kiosk production went well but was initially placed in the incorrect store. I notified them of this on 12/22/23, and things were finally resolved 1/10/24. I was compensated with a free month added to the end of my campaign. The kiosk went missing again around a week later, and I notified Terraboost on 1/16/24. I followed up on 1/22 and 1/28, and when I finally received an answer on 1/30, the kiosk was still in the incorrect store. This store is around the corner from my small business, and I shop there myself. During this process, I was repeatedly assured that the kiosk was in the correct place, I just was not looking hard enough. Sometime in late February/early March my kiosk was finally placed in the correct store, but in the pharmacy in the back of the store, facing the back wall. The kiosk is unable to be seen unless you are standing at the pharmacy counters. When I discovered this placement, I asked to be released from my contract and halt any further payments, as I was sold an entrance placement with lots of foot traffic and received what is, in my opinion, the worst placement in the store. I have been denied canceling my contract, and though I was promised resolutions and conversations with several people on Terraboost's support staff, I have not been contacted since 4/23/24. I have been charged in December, January, March, and April for my kiosk to be in the wrong location per my contract, which stipulates the address of the store and the internal placement of the kiosk. Updated on 5/30/2024 The business responded to my BBB complaint, and the resolution was satisfactory. Therefore, I am updating my rating from 1 star to 2 stars.

Like many of other reviews here

Like many of other reviews here, I am experiencing the same type of service with Terraboost. It's almost hard to believe that nobody, I mean nobody, has any interest in the type of service their customers receive. I have 2 kiosks, and it has become a full-time job for me to "check on" the location of both regularly. This was a business investment, and I might as well have taken the $$$ and threw it in the trash. Even the sales representative is MIA. And I may agree with another reviewer, the advertising spots get sold to multiple businesses. I am guessing that's why my kiosks, which I am contracted to be located at the entrance, gets moved all around all the time?BBB is my next call, it's unfortunate, by I have no where else to turn.
