Internet + TV - Top!
Ich habe das Internet-Abo mit dem Fernseh-Abo dazu. Beim Internet funktioniert alles gut (in grossen Abständen starte ich den Router neu, wenn es mal hängt) - das passt. Die Aufschaltung hat einfach Funktioniert, ohne dass ich etwas einrichten musste (Fiber). Neu bekomme ich sogar für weniger Geld eine höhere Geschwindigkeit (zuvor 100Mbit für 55.- neu 1 Gbit für 49.-). Top. Die Kritik zum TV Abo kann ich, ehrlich gesagt, nicht nachvollziehen. Nutzung auf der Apple TV ist prima. Sollte die App mal hängen, starte ich die Box neu und alles gut. Das passiert übrigens auch bei einer SKY oder Netflix App.

Für 185.- pro Jahr ist Teleboy richtig schlecht!
Für 185.- pro Jahr ist Teleboy für mich unzumutbar. Andauernd muss man sich wieder anmelden und die App auf einem Samsung TV ist oft blockiert. Manchmal hilft nicht mal ein deinstallieren und neu-installieren. Teleboy kann ich überhaupt nicht empfehlen! Und jetzt hab ich - da bin ich selbst schuld - das Abo noch für fast ein Jahr - Geld verschenkt!

Unser Abo sollte bereits seit einer Woche aufgeschaltet sein. Leider funktioniert nichts!! Der Elektriker hat den Anschluss aufgeschaltet aber von Teleboy kommt keine Rückmeldung. Wir sind sehr unzufrieden da man einfach nicht ernst genommen wird!!

This is a terrible company
This is a terrible company that will not let you find out if you are eligible to their services until after you allegedly “commit” through the registration process. Then they tell you you can’t have their services because you have no credit history (expats beware!), duh! And then you tell them you don’t have the time to carry on helping them find out about your credit history and they charge you 70CHF because ... you allegedly committed to that in small prints that are not available to you during “registration”! They take their sweet time (2 weeks!!!) to get there (i.e. nowhere) and you are left with no service but they bill you for it though! RUN!
