Efficient resolution of order.
Had a call re insufficient stock, This was fortunate for me as I wanted to add 2 items more to my order, The order was amended which saved me having to pay for postage on the second order. The items arrived 48 hours later - not really a delay at all. Thanks for keeping me informed and handling the order so efficiently. Super service!
