Delay of delivery and lack of attention to customers

We ordered food from Sticks ‘n’ Sushi. It arrived more than 30 mins late. no follow up to us directly, we had to call and complain twice. They did not suggest any compensation automatically, but did so only when we asked as a “store credit” which means they assume we will order again (they could just have returned the payment or part of the payment). The general level from Sticks ‘n’ sushi has just decreased - and this experience does make it unlikely we will order take away from them again. Since I can’t give 1.5 stars they get 2 - but it is 2 small stars.

Altid godt

Som altid virkelig god mad og rigtig sød betjening. Der var noget ventetid, og priserne er høje. Meget fine og illustrative spisekort. Meget flot og varieret udvalgt.

Kejserens nye klæder.

Maden var god. Meget god. Men seriøst for 275,- bliver en, der ikke spiser meget normal, ikke i nærheden af mæt! Kejserens nye klæder! Det er arrogant og latterligt.

Fortræffelig mad men service kan godt blive bedre

Stick n sushi laver virkelig lækker mad og normalt også god service men denne gang blev vi glemt efter vi havde fået vores forretter. Vi fik lidt rabat og børnene fik en is så derfor 4 stjerner og ikke 2-3 stykker.

Vi havde bestilt en deal

Vi havde bestilt en deal, som vi havde betalt i forvejen, uden drikkevarer, vi ankommer og hun spørger hvad vil have at drikke? Vi beder om 1 flaske af huset hvidvin hun kommer med en flaske som smager rigtigt godt, men da vi så får regningen så lyder den på 489,- for huset hvidvin, hvilket jeg synes er alt alt for meget, kan så se efterfølgende da jeg er kommet hjem, at de har vin til 249,- for hvid, rød og rose, mon ikke det er huset vin, som vi skulle have haft? Det skal så lige siges at maden var dejlig og lækkert tilberedt, men det med vinen skaber en mega dårlig oplevelse, når vi beder om huset vin, så skal de ikke komme med en vin, der er i top af prislaget, hvor vi ikke regner med at de koster så meget, for vi får jo ikke hvad vi beder om.

We had a very pleasant visit at…

We had a very pleasant visit at Tivoli’s restaurant. I had a birthday and we celebrated with a 5-year old with us in an afternoon. Food was super good and the waiters were so attentive. Details matter - I was told happy birthday by 4 different waiters, my daughter had a rocking tooth so was happily served a stick of ice cream in the middle of the dinner to help to ease the uncomfortable situation, we got a little birthday dessert at the end as a bonus. Also it seemed that waitresses had a very good team spirit and actually liked to work there. Even the 5-year old said that she would come again 😁

Credit card was copied!

In the Richmond branch The waiter walked away with our credit card and copied it. They have been trying to use it on many occasions since. Luckily we were sent a OTP the first time they tried to spend £2000 so we noticed and cancelled the card. Food and ambience was nice.

Færdig hos jer.

Færdig hos jer. Efter vores oplevelse hos jer på tivoli hotel tog vi en beslutning det var sidste gang vi kommer hos jer igen. Ved bestilling af bord oplyste vi det var en 11 år fødseldag vi skulle fejre men der var ikke en dyt af noget som mindede om flag eller bare velkommen og tillykke og vi orkede ikke engang at fortælle det. Du bliver snydt med maden det er ikke en krone værd mere at komme hos jer det kan ikke passe man ligger flere tusind kr hver gang og jeres mad bliver mindre og mindre en ren penge maskine er i blevet kigger du på deres menu ser det wow ud men som mac.d det ligner ikke noget i nærheden af det man ser på menu kortet sushi rullerne hænger ikke sammen det presset så meget sammen at når du tager et styk ødelægger du det andet ved siden af. Smagen manglede nu har jeg spist sushi i mange år og denne gang var det som om det havde sået på køl på forhånd man følte sig virkelig R denne gang vi var hos jer. Jeres maneger mangler sku kursus i service og ikke sætte folk på plads tjeneren gav os ret det var ikke okye men manegeren hvad er problemet på engelsk seriøst svaret var bare farvel du skal ikke tale sådan til os. Der var engang man kom hos jer og følte sig velkommen nu handler det om penge Sjovt i har så mange dårlig anmeldelse og folk gider komme hos jer

Poorly executed promotion

I often order the food from Deliveroo and, inside a recent order I received an offer code for £25 off an order over £75 for new fishers. Downloaded the app, made an account, and ordered a bit more than usual to meet the threshold, only to be told by the waiter that the offer is not valid between 21 jan - 01 feb due to the Winter Lights. Note that the offer expires in 02 feb, so I basically had only 1 possible day to claim it? Felt scammed. It’s a shame this marred my experience because the food is good. Next time, it would be nice to offer codes only if they can be used for the entirety of their validity - the customer should not have to create an account to discover that they can’t use it for an unmentioned reason (the flyer with the code said nothing about it no being valid for that specific time frame). Disappointing.

Sticks'n'Sushi på Vesterbro

Sticks er mit foretrukne valg til sushi i København. Får det normalt som take away, men var nu inde på deres restaurant på Vesterbro. Vi spiste primært maki og vi var meget tilfredse. Personalet var venligt og maden kom hurtigt. Menukortet var lidt uoverskueligt, men det er en lille ting.
