Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Tom and Iestyn done an amazing job fitting our windows and doors! Both were very friendly, professional and done an outstanding job! They not only made sure the fitting was perfect they also cleaned up every mess they made, quoting 'the jobs not finished unless we've tidied up'. I would 100% recommend this company, especially these two fitters!

We have used Sunshine before and are equally pleased with the quality and workmanship this time. From the initial contact through the quote stage everybody was friendly and professional when it came to installing everyone was polite and very considerate Nathan, Karl and all should be very proud of the work they completed. I would recommend them to anyone.

Amy came to see me last week to look at my windows. Really impressed with the window and price. Amy was lovely even when a car crashed into my car outside while she was here. She helped me with my car and went above and beyond. Great service from the company. I would highly recommend

James Cole came to give us a quote for windows and doors today. He was very pleasant, well informed and answered all our questions clearly and concisely. Took the time to show us samples of the windows and gave us advice on double and triple glazing. Credit to the firm.

Great price and Daniel fisher went threw everything and worked hard to get a price I was comfortable with. He was informative and pleasant to speak to. btw quality of windows where shown of the day with his bag full of examples and I was impressed with the quality of the windows that what sold me.

Met Dan f today for a quote. He was very friendly and very professional. Liasing with management for price adjustment and product adjustment was prompt and helpful. Dan explained all options without being pushy. Manager was very efficient with arranging appointments and offering cancellations. Excellent customer service

Dan F came to our house, was very friendly and professional but unfortunately the company was unable to meet our existing quote. Dan was able to liaise with his higher ups effectively and efficiently regarding pricing, while also being nice.

Workmanship and fitters absolutely top quality, had our windows done and they look incredible. Such lovely professional fitters who were so kind, tidy and courteous. I found the 2 management calls after the work was done way too much. The fitter had just left when I got 2 calls from 2 different managers asking if I wanted to make an appointment for someone to measure up my conservatory and that I’d get a substantial discount on the works. This was way too overwhelming having just spent £7k on windows! Just completely tone deaf - the windows were finished less than an hour before they called! I must admit that call really put me off - complete opposite vibes from the owner that came to quote for us. Think the managers need to chill out, maybe the owners need to pay them more so they aren’t chasing the commission. Such a shame as was really happy before that.

Today Dan J came to see my property. We discussed all the different options available to me and prices were given for each option. I was hoping to take out one of the options, but unfortunately it was more work that I had funds for. However it was nice not to have a hard sell pushed on me, which I have had by other companies in the past. Dan was polite, professional and knowledgeable about his products. He had realistic expectations of what I wanted to do, and when I made the decision I couldn't go any further he was understanding, and again professional and courteous.
