Had 2 windows, 2 doors fitted with two of the boys( can’t remember their names sorry) but they are absolutely fabulous! Asked me if I was happy during the process, allowing me to have exactly what I wanted. Really happy with all! Highly recommend 💗

From start to finish overall was 10/10. Purchased 3 new front windows and a front door. The work was amazing the 2 guys did amazing job, the quality is amazing can’t hear hardly nothing now no noises, the 2 guys who fitted them in were very chatty very helpful amazing at there work, lee and someone not sure on the other name but we will call him Paul lol. Love my front door sage green alot people in the street commenting saying how lovely it is. Highly recommend x

Just bought new windows from Sunshine. Really liked the triple glazing as my house is very cold in the winter. Thank you to Amy the saleswoman who got me a good price. Can’t wait for them to be fitted in October

Just had our windows fitted The company delivered on all there promises and the window fitters where absolutely amazing so happy with the whole process and love the new windows TOM AND IESTYN the fitters where so polite and worked really hard in the rain And cleaned up as they went round in my opinion they went above and beyond thank you all for a problem free process

I am so pleased with my new windows and doors. Liam, the sales representative from Sunshine, was polite and thorough in his discussions, liaising with Nathan to get the best price for the work. The surveyor came to check all the measurements and a date was agreed for the windows and doors to be installed. Nathan manages his team well and the whole process went very smoothly. The work was carried out in a very professional manner by Tom and Iestyn. They were friendly and polite and explained exactly how the job would go and the timings. They worked extremely hard on the two hottest days of the year so far, completing the job in a timely manner as planned. They were very thorough and the finish is very high quality. I am so happy with my new windows and doors and the work of Sunshine Home Improvements. I would be happy to recommend them to neighbours, friends and family.

Thank you to Tom and Iestyn who called today and fitted a bay window and 2 other windows for me. I have a typical terraced valleys house built in 1896 so there wasn’t a straight edge anywhere ! Not giving the customer what they want, we requested for a similiar window to the old one we had to be fitted, and they changed the layout of the window themselves and told us we had to pay almost £2k for the window to be changes again that we didnt wanted in the first place. That window has an issue and they cant be bothered to send fitter out to rectify the issue after they told us that the fitter will be sent back to fix.

Very disappointed salesman come got very stroppy and rude when we said we had to think about what we were going to do and work out our finances got very rude to my eight-year-old father and my 79-year-old mother they are both disabled then got questioned if I haven’t got the money how do I put petrol in my car? How do I keep my car on the road? What is it to do with him? I’m not feeling bullied or bad in buying windows when we need to sit back and discuss it as a family And to be told Well the office is gone is gone to someone else you’ve gotta pay the full price very unethical very rude will not be using this firm

We had our new doors and windows fitted today by Tom & Iestyn. Both very courteous and professional in their work. Delighted with the finished job. This company have been a delight to deal with. No hard sell, good price of product. Would highly recommend.
