Had 2 windows, 2 doors fitted with two of the boys( can’t remember their names sorry) but they are absolutely fabulous! Asked me if I was happy during the process, allowing me to have exactly what I wanted. Really happy with all! Highly recommend 💗

We had new windows and a door with Sunshine Home Improvements and our whole experience has been totally amazing from start to finish. The customer service was excellent and the windows and door are good quality and Ashley and James fitted them to a very high standard. They were both friendly, polite, courteous, helpful and they worked very hard, quickly but efficiently and tidied & cleaned up - they were outstanding! Our house has been transformed and we will be using them again in September for a new bathroom. We highly recommend Sunshine Home Improvements and thank them very much!

We were visited by Dylan who provided us with a quotation for works. I must say that he behaved in a very professional manner, was friendly, informative and very knowledgeable about the products. We never felt under any pressure to make a decision on the quotation during this visit. He brought a sample window with him to the visit which was of excellent quality. Dylan was a kind and honest young man.

Following previous work we were satisfied with, we agreed to get future work done with this company. We had agreed a price with sunshine windows and signed the contract, paid the deposit. As far as we were concerned this was a done deal. Today, they had called us and refused to do the work that we had paid the deposit for and signed the contract for unless we give them an extra £5000. After getting in touch with citizens advice & consumer rights we understand this is now a breach of their contract on their end and not legal. We will be seeking any and all actions possible to refund our deposit. This is a disgusting display of shady businesses practices and the company cannot be trusted to uphold their end of the contract. Truly an appalling experience. I will be reporting this company to trading standards alongside telling everybody I know to spread the word that this company is not to be trusted and should not be sought out for this kind of work.
