This company is shocking

This company is shocking 2 months, no installation, no sorry or anything . In May they said they would connect the first part then a week later they would need someone to be at home for the final install. I booked time off work then they cancelled said no line in sight, I had to contact them to find out what was happening. They said it wasn’t them who fit it but would get back to me. Eventually they said they would send a supervisor out to assess the problem, never heard anymore, I contacted squirrel once again they said the same again and they would find out from ms3 the cable company. Weeks after, many emails later they told us to chat to our neighbours to see if they could span a cable across their yards, so I went round to see them. All said not a problem. I contacted squirrel to let them know, weeks later they gave me another date for installation, once again they never turned up. I contacted squirrel again who didn’t believe me , they then told me to be at home for the final fit. (which I booked time off work) but they never turned up at all . Got no response from squirrel again, we are now mid July so I cancelled it. Had no sorry or anything, they are a joke!!

Very quick installation

So far so good, we had broadband installed 2 weeks ago , the instalation was very quick, the router arrived the day after and was very easy to set up , although we haven't been able to use it thoroughly as we haven't moved in yet , the service seem ok so far .

They listen to customers - a revelation!

New to Squirrel and have had to contact them a couple of times to sort out some minor issues. Guess what - you can actually talk to someone if you want and they listen and help. Great customer service - even with the chat assistant online

Finally fast Wi-Fi

Joined Squirrel and got installed last week and the speeds are great! In my room above the router I am getting around 600mbps which is much better than what I got with my previous provider. Very happy. Also, Nibbles is my favourite!

Squirrel are setting the new fibre delivery standard

Fibre line was installed at lightening speed by Fibre Heroes then Squirrel came to install the equipment soon after. Installers were courteous, professional and very fast. Great product, great customer service and fantastic speeds with no issues. I would highly recommend Squirrel as their response time to any technical queries is also lightening fast. 'Go Squirrel' - smashed BT and others into oblivion and i've tried them all !

Great customer service

I love that when there’s a problem I get straight through so someone who can fix it. No navigating convoluted menus like press 2 for this and 3 for that, just a real person. Our service has been good but like anything tech there are some glitches from time to time. They fix it fast, they say what they do and do what they say. We chose Squirrel for customer service and can recommend them.

Squirrel ... 10 stars!

If we could give Squirrel 10 stars, we would. Everything happened when and how it was supposed to. They provide a card with a QR code that you use to connect your 'phone instantly ... no more faffing around ... and when you call customer services, you speak to a real person. Not only that, but a real person who can answer your questions. How novel is that? Even my husband is singing their praises and he can find fault with everything!

All good

My experience with Squirrel so far has been great. Called them before signing up with a few questions and then again after connection with a few queries. Each time answered quickly and very helpful. Installation was hassle free and good speeds for the price. All good so far, glad I chose Squirrel.

Amazing humans.

Install team were on time and very polite/friendly, they arrived in two waves. First team installed the cable to the house, second team arrived shortly after to install the modem in the property (zero fuss). Router arrived the next day, plugged in and instantly connected. Had a slight issue with my ethernet speed, contacted support via email and got an instant response, troubleshot a few issues. Rewired the sockets around my house and everything is back to normal (I had knocked a socket and pulled some wires loose). Coming from Virgin media, this is a huge change, talking to humans is great and I actually feel supported. Thank you Squirrel, you're awesome.
