I have not finished my week's food but the ones I have had, are wonderful. Food is fresh and the taste has been exceptional.

I am battling Invasive breast cancer and needed to make an immediate change to my diet. I was told plant based is best. But with chemotherapy, I do not have the energy or brain power to much of anything. Also, I have a 10 year old Type 1 Diabetic who is struggling with skin issues related to her Type 1. Together, we can quickly, with little effort have an amazing tasting, healthy meal. It has helped my physical AND mental health to have the meals in my fridge ready to go. It is cost prohibitive while I can't work, but we are asking for Sprinly when family and friends ask us how they can help. The food is go good!!!!

Sprinly, a plant based meal company has well thought out prepared meals that are not only nutritious but also delicious! I am amazed at the creativity given to plant based foods using healthy herbs and spices. The information provided on the package surround is thorough, informative and even provides a photo of what the plate might look like. I am impressed with the fresh quality of each dish, always arriving looking like a chef prepared the meal just for one....Thank you for this experience. It has been difficult for me to justify the expense and convenience, when I now have the time and energy to prepare foods for myself. I have gained ideas for my future endeavor in the plant based world. I find it also difficult to justify the packaging, use of plastics and the travel it takes arrive at the convenience of my front door. It would be nice to find these products in a Trader Joe's when I shop for my weekly goods....Best of luck and sorry to be leaving....It has been a wonderful experience. Frankie

Fabulous food! Fresh, amazing ingredients.

The delivery and packaging were perfect. Ingredients were good, but mine were just a day late in freshness. The entrees themselves were fine, but not great.

I keep trying Sprinly hoping there has been an improvement on shipments of perishable food. The challenge is I have to throw away damaged, contaminated with plastic, meals. It continues to be a disappointment.

Delicious!!! I like it very much. The food is not 1.5 serving but enough for one person. But will I tell friends about it. Very healthy food. Will continue for months. I’m glad I found this company.

Food is fresh and inviting. Nice variety of meals. "Cooking" time is 2 1/2 minutes max and prep work already done. So easy and so delicious!

All the meals were very good and easy to prepare. We started at a good time because my husband fell and broke his leg and had to have surgery. He is now home recuperating and having these meals is taking some of the workload off of me. I would give it five stars, but the container of curry in one meal was impossible to open. I ended up making a hole in the lid and getting as much of the curry out as I could.

Fabulous food, fresh organic, delicious and plenty of it.

If I didn’t get the meals from them, I would never know they are plant-based.

Food is so fresh and delicious and I'm feeling great on it. I look forward to every meal. I appreciate that the seasonings are mild as I have a sensitive stomach. I especially loved the frittata and salads. The beet burger was great (and I don't love beets). I'm dealing with a chronic illness and I'm crediting these meals with a general overall improvement in my well being in just one week. ❤

did not like not having any to ask questions. I still do not have an answer as to how much i was charged. I signed up 2x by accident. also it looks like there was a 3 charge with no explanation Please respond by email or call me 504 596-2444

I like the food. Healthy. Fresh. Tasty. It is higher in carbs than I like, so I half the portions. I am trying to lose weight, and at 53, post-menopausal, I cannot do a lot of carbs. I have to skip a week because I have a lot of extra food. I like prepared meals. I work from home and need quick lunches. My kids do not eat vegan, so good just for me and I make them what they need. Kind owners. Super sweet personalized note thanking me for the order. The $94 a week intro offer is helpful on a single parent income.

I was really hoping this would be the meal plan for me. It is one of the more high priced delivery options available, which is why I took off one star. The other two stars were taken because of the high amount of food that was already spoiled on the first day of the first delivery! All the spring mix salads contained spoiled lettuce and greens, while some of the “fresh” vegetables were already turning from green to yellow. I recommend ordering meal options that are not salads to get the most edible food for your dollar. This is not a food service plan I can recommend, I’m sorry to say. I did order a second week’s worth of food and will update my review after it artivrs.

*timely delivery, one day earlier than expected! *delicious meals but needed twice the recommended time to cook *as a single, got 2 meals per dish 👏👏👏 *just ordered my second order and really look forward to new dishes (when I food prep I often do repeats to kerp it simple) *after first order, when I mistakenly paused too soon, a representative kindly agreed to fix it for me with clear instructions for next time (in other words, great customer coverage!) * I do not like all the disposable packaging but understand the need for it to keep food safe…I do appreciate the instructions for how to properly dispose of each piece! *the handwritten thank you note was a great personal touch and very surprising! Thank you so much for your great system and your obvious commitment to a great experience!🙏

I placed one order (12 meals) and paused my account so I was quite alarmed when I received Sprinly emails the following Monday stating that another 12 meals were on their way. I immediately notified my credit card company and discovered (as if their business practices couldn't get any more suspect), Sprinly actually billed me 2x for the same order (3 days apart) for a total of over $400 for food I did not want. Customer service did confirm my account was paused and I would not be responsible for the charges.

Just had our first meals from Sprinly- delicious and so easy!!

Liked the salads, but plant based meats etc not our thing. They were beautifully presented and very fresh, however. If you like all plant based food this will satisfy you perfectly.
