They are a different and very unique betting company and that is a great thing to be. I have been using them for a couple of years and they always have great offers, they reward loyalty and they are great on checking you are being responsible when betting also. The layout and design are excellent, very clear and nicely arranged and their spread betting side is excellent if your into that and definitely a great thing to do if you know what you are doing and are prepared to accept the risk, as with anything. Great site, definitely one of the best in the UK, I highly recommend them to anyone, they are very professional.

A serious failure of any duty of care
A serious failure of any duty of care, social responsibility and affordability checks. The losses incurred on sports positions has exceeded eye watering sums of money (nearly £-23k) and at no point did anyone want to see any bank statements or pay slips to clarify that the credit line they provide was affordable along with checking or even closing high level loss making sports positions that were surpassing the max credit line by around 500%. One loss has taken me over a year to pay back and several of the payments that I made was in replacement of paying my mortgage and utility bills or borrowing money elsewhere. Spreadex were made fully aware that i was having to substitute paying my essential bills on numerous occasions in order to make payments towards them and yet were still happy to proceed in taking the payments along with the weekly collection calls and emails pushing for further payments. I am now at risk of loosing my house.

This is the best gambling site I have ever used. The site is very easy to navigate and the customer service is very good. i would highly recommend anyone to give it a go regardless of whether you prefer spread betting or fixed odds betting. Mike T.

They seem to move the goalposts and…
They seem to move the goalposts and don't make the basics clear. Today we seem to have a prime example: 3 horse race (14:00 Plumpton) the "odds" remain the same, three places to be paid! So in their wisdom they are only offering odds on the "favourite"! The mug punter may well lump on, in the hope that the horse does not fall! I only hope that Spreadex will get their act together once they have more racing customers and are able to form a proper market. I will soon be moving to Spain to get away from French protectionism and be able to make legal use of Betfair, who currently owe me money from the account they have suspended. I am in touch with the Financial Conduct Authority on this: feel free to publicise.
