Very straightforward website with clear details and information. I booked a lovely spa break for 2, lovely no fuss.

Had a 1 night spa deal at dunstan Hall with evening meal ,&, breakfast in December with a friend Well worth the money. But they had problems with swimming pool heating but It didn't stop us Now just booked again for February for my sister's birthday treat ,&, retirement

I was sent a voucher for a present for spa breaks and when navigating through Google accidentally went on to spa seekers. When completing the booking the voucher didn't work but I had arranged to go for a spa experience with a friend so booked it regardless. On realising my mistake I emailed spa seekers to cancel but didn't get acknowledgement of receipt. I called during their opening hours to cancel and although I did so in less than 24 hours I have been charged £25. I realise my fault in this but an element of good will would have been nice! This has just guaranteed that I will never use spa seekers for any future booking and will obviously recommend other companies to anyone who asks. Poor marketing on your part spa seekers.

28th December we stayed at the Belfry Hotel, dining was good the spa was good, we were in a room above where all the bins were being emptied, This room should not be used, it was above where all the bins are emptyied,i think i managed 2 hrs sleep, loads of talking all night, shouting, and crashing of bins, and the din of some kind of machinery, for a 4 star hotel, disgusting, i did complain the next morning, and i was offered a discount if i wanted to return, as per normal i received a feed back form, from Spa Seekers stating the above, to date no reply, Shameful service customer service Spa Seekers,

Received confirmation but nothing from the spa in question. phoned the spa and they'd not received anything from spaseekers, wasn't ideal.
I had wonderful time
You are unable to know the available times of treatments as they are confirmed by the spa at a later date - which means you couldnt be confident of getting a conventient time eg not 9am or 5pm slot and when its given to you you have already paid up. Even the staff at spaseekers couldnt give this info and had to call each venue to find out - and the spas didnt answer their phone. In the age of technology this platform seems way out of date. Only gave 2 stars for the staff who tried to help.
Our first visit to this NU SPA Stansted. Didn't get our Bubbles on a arrival but after asking reception had it after out treatments which was nice. Pool area nice but a little noisy with some children who kept opening the steam room door. Steam room was not very steaming and no instruction how to regulate it, some essential oils in the system would be a nice touch . Sauna also was in need of some nice smells was very stale. The relaxation room was lovely just needed to be warmer. Loved the massage beds in the relaxation room. Great Massages with Natasha.
