Great customer service to get me spa availability according to my needs which could accommodate days and a 5 year old at short notice.
Had an issue with the hotel, saying they dont do spa weekends any more only spa days. It was sorted out with in an hour the Hotel has honoured our request to stay over on a spa break. Thanks to Sophie Bonwick.
Very poor management, booked on the 9th and turned up for our booking on the 10th, we got sent booking confirmation and everything - when we turn up at the hotel they had no idea of our booking, kept us waiting for over 30minutes we had to pay for drinks while we waited to just find out that ‘it’s not our fault’ and they have no spa availability and if we wanted to stay we have to pay even more. We traveled from 3-4 hours for this special day and no one was helping or available to call to fix it. We ended up paying for a local hotel, really poor experience. The hotel staff were also very unhelpful and just blamed spa breaks.

Charlotte was very helpful especially when the spa I wanted was fully booked. She also gave me a discount as the spa is a birthday gift. I only reduced by a star because the call took longer than I wanted and I couldn’t book the package I wanted online.

Booked a spa day / hotel stay at nutfield priory in surrey through spa breaks, they made us wait 30 mins, no offer for a drink or politeness at all. Spa breaks took the money and sent booking confirmation, but they said the couldnt see the booking so we couldnt stay. Couldnt belive the lack of care or willingness to help. We travelled hours to be sent away. To make it worse it was a present for my partner. I've tried calling customer service but not active at weekends. Terrible experience would avoid using these, yet to hear a reason of why this happened too.

Very easy to sort out the spa day on the phone.. all the booking confirmation was sent through straight away.. I would recommend again if your looking for a lovely gift I would definitely recommend The Manor House spa
Very helpful customer service experience. Was a bit of difficulty on my side coordinating the group size and a bit of delayed information meant some rearranging was needed but the team and Kailani helped us get it sorted. I use spa breaks all the time and have nothing bad to say about their service. Extremely helpful with good deals.
