Received incomplete product and costumer service is unreaponsive. Was promised a replacement 10 days ago here at Trustpilot and still no sign of it. They don't even answer my emails. Terrible service.

De website geeft aan: Bestel tot 18u. Morgen in huis. Dit is bij mij in iedergeval niet gelukt, ondanks dat de website van GLS zelfs een levertijdstip aangaf, kwamen ze gewoon niet opdagen. Erg teleurstellend, ook de reactie van Solyd: "Excuses voor het ongemak"... Daar koop je niet voor!

Harcèlement par emails intempestifs
a nouveau le 05-10-2024 , un nouvel email malgré le fait d'avoir été désinscrit, Harcèlement intempestif, pas moyen de s'en débarrasser de ces emmerdeurs ? j'ai fait une capture d'écran du bas de l'émail pour bien prouver qu'il n'y a pas de lien de désinscription , ni en français , ni en flamand .. Illégal , je dépose plainte au service fédéral dans les prochains jours
