Received incomplete product and costumer service is unreaponsive. Was promised a replacement 10 days ago here at Trustpilot and still no sign of it. They don't even answer my emails. Terrible service.

De website geeft aan: Bestel tot 18u. Morgen in huis. Dit is bij mij in iedergeval niet gelukt, ondanks dat de website van GLS zelfs een levertijdstip aangaf, kwamen ze gewoon niet opdagen. Erg teleurstellend, ook de reactie van Solyd: "Excuses voor het ongemak"... Daar koop je niet voor!

Solyd reageert niet op vragen
Solyd reageerde niet op vragen of pas na meerdere herinneringen. Ook waren de betaalreferenties bij de bestelling incorrect waardoor de betaling en de order vertraagd werden. Vanuit Solyd kwam geen enkele communicatie met inlevingsvermogen of begrip.
