Received incomplete product and costumer service is unreaponsive. Was promised a replacement 10 days ago here at Trustpilot and still no sign of it. They don't even answer my emails. Terrible service.

De website geeft aan: Bestel tot 18u. Morgen in huis. Dit is bij mij in iedergeval niet gelukt, ondanks dat de website van GLS zelfs een levertijdstip aangaf, kwamen ze gewoon niet opdagen. Erg teleurstellend, ook de reactie van Solyd: "Excuses voor het ongemak"... Daar koop je niet voor!

Commande facile, recherche et résultat clair pour trouver le produit. Seul bémol, délai de livraison pas respecté, annoncé pour le lendemain sur le site, mais en réalité livré 36hrs plus tard. Pas de quoi en mourir, mais en cas de prise de congé pour la livraison c'est assez embêtant. De là les 4 étoiles plutôt que 5
