I really got the feeling of personal service from people who know their products when buying from this company. The pre-installation survey prior to our buying a née dishwasher was invaluable to me and a real cut above the indifferent service one gets from many other suppliers. Swift and excellent service.
Swift and excellent 2 person delivery of our Bosch double oven. When we discovered a small part was missing; Craig, in Sales, was on it at once! He spoke with Bosch and, not only was the part posted out immediately, but the warranty was activated for us as well. Many thanks Craig!
