Air cargo received in Kashmir (sent from the UK) - no complaints. I would check the price before sending as some of our items incurred duty charges, however overall it was a good service as our main concern was getting the items there on time. Cargo company will collect the package and deliver. Communication was good and when we needed answers, we were informed on time.
★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Cargo Service Absolutely terrible experience. I posted a parcel back in December 2024 and it is now June 2025 — still no delivery, no update, no accountability. I've tried contacting them multiple times and all I get is vague excuses or complete silence. This is by far the worst cargo service I’ve ever dealt with. They’ve wasted my time, caused stress, and left me without any answers. If you value your time, money, and sanity — DO NOT use this service. Total disgrace.

I needed a parcel to be delivered to Holland quick and safely, and that’s what this company provided. The parcel got to the destination quickly and it was cheap too. I was hesitant at the start. However, I have to say, their representative really assured me. I had to sent couple of laptops and clothes to a charity in India, and they got it to the charity really quick and for a really really good price. I was searching for the best pricing, however many other services cost way too much and didn't really sound trustworthy but with the assistance of Smile Cargo, my shipment reached the charity quick and cheap. I will be using their service to send my shipment to another charity in Africa.
