Air cargo received in Kashmir (sent from the UK) - no complaints. I would check the price before sending as some of our items incurred duty charges, however overall it was a good service as our main concern was getting the items there on time. Cargo company will collect the package and deliver. Communication was good and when we needed answers, we were informed on time.
★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Cargo Service Absolutely terrible experience. I posted a parcel back in December 2024 and it is now June 2025 — still no delivery, no update, no accountability. I've tried contacting them multiple times and all I get is vague excuses or complete silence. This is by far the worst cargo service I’ve ever dealt with. They’ve wasted my time, caused stress, and left me without any answers. If you value your time, money, and sanity — DO NOT use this service. Total disgrace.

I’m too happy with the service provided. I sent parcel to my son in Pakistan. He received parcel before the time advised. All items were there nothing missing. We will definitely send parcel again from Smilecargo. Keep it up!!!

I must say I was initially concerned since the stuff I was sending to Pakistan were all gifts and something I had bought with a lot of thought and effection.
