Scammers REPORT Senior LUV
First I like to REPORT Senior travel consultant LUV HE OVERALL RUINED MY WHOLE TRIP HE WAS SENT DOCUMENTS OF MY PASSPORT AND SPELLED MY NAME WRONG, STILL WITH THE INFORMATION PROVIDED from my PASSPORT and put my Bday date wrong. When I got to the airport JFK they told me since I had booked it through a third-party that they were the ones that were able to fix it when I called them up to speak to a manager they said that there was no manager on site and that they were created ticket. Coming back from Turkey was a lot of aggravation because of the most leading information provided by Luv not to mention he charged me 261 for service fee and said that was to get protection if I wanted to change the date and one carry-on and one luggage check-in when I get there, I had to pay $165.extra because they said there was no such protection on my ticket so these people are a SCAMMERS!!! I also was working with the travel agency for three weeks before him ruining my trip and flying experience, and each time he helped me, he insisted on me giving him a tip, which in total turned out to be $50 I asked for a refund for this misleading information for the in correction spelled on my name and my birthdate when he was provided a passport picture of all my information and still could not get it right. They told me they couldn’t do any refunds and that they would write a ticket and look into it again these people didn’t do anything to help. You’re better off going to the airport yourself. These people are the worst staff not reliable and do not live up to their expectations
