Efficient work of the agent.
The agent York spent time working on my ticket to fly from NYC to Moscow (Russia) with Qatar. At some point I had a different plan to travel (with AA and Turkish Airline). The agent described Qatar as one of the best airlines, he considered different plans and found one that suited me very well. It was a very good deal for me.

Charged in the wrong currency
I purchased a flight ticket from Skylux Travels. The quoted price for me was CA$ 2158. However, I was charged in US$ 2158 which resulted in me paying an extra CA$ 1,026.76. When I contacted them, they acknowledged their mistake. However, I kept getting the runaround that the team is looking into it and we will get back to you. I got the same response for 2 weeks. Once I told them I will be taking legal action, I am no longer getting any communication and there is no end in sight for a resolution. I feel that these reviews are not accurate. I won't be doing any further business with this company and I would advise others to not do business with them either.
