Parker is a pro - prompt, knowledgeable, responsive, patient and performed a fabulous job start to finish. This is my first time using your service. I am a travel agent. My clients are traveling so messaged me to remove all insurances and pay $6763 on each card. I did not know that there would be a gratuity offered. Since I was not authorized to add to the card, I could not. If they authorize more, are we still able to charge the extra? Thank you.
