I ordered a replacement battery pack for my Powercap dust and face protector. Sitebox were the cheapest for an authentic replacement. My order was dealt with quickly and delivery was quick. Very good.

K7 pressure washer.
In regard to service to date absolutely no complaints. Ordering very easy and delivery as promised. Product very robust. Only used once since delivery but worked well. If you could pass onto manufacturer slight concern that the pressure pipe where connected to real was kinked but it worked. Time will tell if this may become a problem in the future. If the rigid connecting pipe at the hose reel had a slight curve this would probably relieve the chance of kinking the flexible pipe when rewinding the hose.

I rang Sitebox in the morning to confirm the items were in stock. Ordered online a couple of hours later and the items arrived the next day. Updates on delivery were sent via email and were accurate too. A great service and i will use again for sure
