Item took full business week to arrive (no option for next day delivery which is crazy in this era). When arrived, came as completely wrong size (2XL instead of S). Notified customer services immediately, yet 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for a replacement. Customer services keep moving the estimated delivery date back when I contact them. Also, somebody has to be in the house so courier can collect wrongly delivered parcel. Was offered no option to drop at a parcel shop, or Saturday collection. Since this is a workwear item, surely it is inevitable customers are not home during normal work hours. How much longer will I have to wait - who knows?!?!

I don't normally write negative reviews, however, my experience with this organisation is the worst I have ever experienced. Recently purchased a new product which was defective straight out of the box. Sitebox were happy to take my money but did nothing to resolve the problem and I was told in their final email that they could do nothing further. Out of pure frustration I had the new unit repaired at my own expense. Avoid, you don't need the hassle or added expense. Reply to Sitebox: Totally disingenuous reply from Sitebox. My home address in Ireland is clearly stated on the Sitebox invoice. Sitebox delivered the item to a courrier in England to be sent on to me in Ireland. I had no contact with the item until it was delivered to me at my home in Ireland. DPD, DHL and many more logistic companies operate in Ireland and the UK. Sitebox should not have sold the item to me if they had no intention of honouring the warranty. No offer to refund the cost of repairing a new product never used.
