I ordered a replacement battery pack for my Powercap dust and face protector. Sitebox were the cheapest for an authentic replacement. My order was dealt with quickly and delivery was quick. Very good.

Purchased a CIG1432 and it was…
Purchased a CIG1432 and it was destroyed within a month of use due to seasonal winds. Totally unfit for use and is a flimsy and poorly designed portable garage! I now have a £1400 pile of scrap! Update from 1st of May: Very unhelpful response and they wash their hands of a longstanding customer complaint of an unfit for purpose item. Nobody would buy one of these to use in perfect weather conditions to protect valuable equipment! Banking on the fact that I won’t spend the time and money to persue this further through court! Have asked for technical test data to prove efficacy of the design and functionality but nothing forthcoming. DO NOT BUY AS UNFIT FOR PURPOSE

Exceptional customer service
There was an issue where the wrong item was sent, Carmen and Sonia dealt with it within 1 hour and the replacement arrived next day and the incorrect table saw was also picked up next day. Within 24 hours the problem was solved. The original item arrived very quickly and this is the best customer service i have ever had. When things go right no one notices but it's how it is dealt with when things go wrong and these people nailed it. I would highly recommend Site Box for any future orders.
