I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very responsive and helpful
Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

Unfortunately I can't recommend that company. Unprofessional and not focused on clients. We are waiting over a year for a papers from them. Nobody was in touch with us until we keep sending emails. They complain about Land registry delay but I can't believe in it. Our mistake was that we have paid money for their service.

Our lawyer Catherine Gillett was excellent. Couldn't fault the lady at all. Very attentive, approachable, knowledgeable and worked speedily to complete our sale and purchase. Would thoroughly recommend.

I used simply Conveyancing on both my sale and onward purchase. I couldn’t fault the service I received from my case solictors Jack Sharples and Suzanne Divall. I was kept up to date all through the transactions with phone calls and emails. Both of the solictors seem to bend over to assist me with a smooth transactions. The use of the app and tracker was seamless and a great tool to use to see we where and what the next step was. Would highly recommend simply to anyone buying or selling a house.
