I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

We were very happy with simply conveyancing. We wasn’t sure what to think with it all being online but it was great! Our solicitor Vicki always kept us informed of everything and whenever I called I could always get through. Vicki was very good at her job and very friendly which is great. I would highly recommend and definitely use them again!

I was so grateful to have such high quality legal representation during a house sale and purchase. It was by no means a smooth process (particularly with the purchase) but Baylee’s professionalism, patience and knowledge-base ensured that solutions could be quickly found. Baylee was always very responsive and calm, even when I wasn’t! I do think that the purchase could have collapsed without such prompt and quality information and answers, even a last minute panic the afternoon before completion due to the lender was resolved calmly and efficiently - phew! Would definitely use again and would recommend. 1 small thing is it would have been great to have more functions in the portal!
