I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

A big thank you to Laura my solicitor and also an extended thanks to Sarah and Mollie who also assisted. My house sale was long and complex due to the sellers situation, but Laura and her team were amazing. They were leading the sale all the way. They were proactive, communicative and approachable. Laura was very organised and got the searches underway while we were waiting for the sellers solicitors. As soon as information came in it was sent straight to me and all my queries were answered quickly. I have had more difficult solicitors in the past, but this team made the experience much easier and I would definitely recommend Simply Conveyancing to others.

Individuals in the company were extremely efficient and supportive and I would certainly recommend the solicitor who handled my sale. However when they were away, no one in the company seemed to check or pick up their urgent cases. I was chased for paperwork the company already had and nearly missed completing the sale on time because no one answered my email about the final transaction or answered my calls until the very last minute I missed the banks chaps deadline. Everything was resolved but these incidents created unnecessary stress for me.
