I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

Fabulous experience dealing with Simply Conveyancing. Our solicitor Lauren Ismail was extremely professional and proactive throughout a very complex transaction, providing consistent communication and helpful guidance around options. She was very patient indeed, frequently (daily at key periods) taking time to speak on the phone about latest developments and think through strategies. She was friendly, kind, thoughtful and technically expert. So grateful to her for enabling us to complete when it often seemed impossible.
Very happy with process from start to finish- although we are not quite over the finish line yet! Very organised and efficient. Rujpal has always been most helpful.
Bethany, our 'personal' property solicitor, and the rest of the team at SimplyConveyancing kept us informed at all stages. They were all very professional, friendly, good communicators and sympathetic when issues arose, e.g. delay in the house purchase chain further down the line. The online approach to submitting documentation worked very well and instructions were always clear and easy to follow.

Empathy shown for a sensitive situation as this was a probate sale. Persistence and perseverance dealing with uncooperative solicitors in the chain. Very happy with the service provided.
My experience with Simply Conveyancing has been awful. They are not transparent with charges and introduce extra fees only after the first payment is done and the process has started which is not professional and let a lot to be desired. I found them completely unprepared to deal with gifts coming from other countries as they do not take personal circumstances, such as vulnerabilities, under consideration. This was my first experience in buying a house and it has been very disappointing. I will never use them again. My assigned lawyer does not give updates on the process unless you keep chasing her. It feels like there is no commitment or interest of their part at all to get it done. I was never treated so indifferent and it is quite an expensive service. It has been 6 months already and they are not able to give me not even an estimated completion date. Embarrassing. I highly not recommend Simply Conveyancing.
