I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

Just over a year ago, I sold a property, I'd never sold before my solicitor Lauren helped me through every process. She explained things to me that I didn't understand. As of today she has just helped me through the buying process, again she explained things to me. I have exchanged contracts now and will complete next week. If and when I sell again I will definitely but using Lauren at Simply Conveyancing Property Lawyers. Thank you so much for all your help.
Fantastic service. Everything was incredibly smooth, I hadn’t bought or sold a house for 20 years and the whole process was incredibly easy with Simply Conveyancing. My assigned property lawyer Alexandra was brilliant, always responded to my questions quickly and I was selling my Fathers house as I am his Lasting Power of Attorney and I thought this make it a little difficult but no such worries or problems. Highly recommend them.

We used Simply Conveyancing April 2022 after they were recommended by our estate agents. The girl dealing with our case was rude, lazy, disorganised and very unprofessional. Her boss was not much better. Things were missed and not completed in a timely manner during the process that delayed the purchase of what should have been a simple purchase of a new build property and sale of a property to a cash buyer. It seemed to be deliberately drawn out and mishandled. Do not use this organisation!
Truly awful conveyancing company - in 30 years of selling houses as a small builder/developer our buyers are using this company, about to go into our six month of waiting completion & a completion date still not set. P.s they took down my previous review & no doubt other true reviews.
