I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

We had very positive interactions with Simply Conveyancing and our solicitor, Jayde. She was prompt when replying to queries and clear with instructions for what we needed to do. It was very helpful to be able to arrange a call at short notice when our situation changed, and she was brilliant at explaining our options. Cost throughout the process were clearly explained. We felt very well supported throughout the home selling and buying experience.
This is a company where in the main you can get to speak to your conveyancer. So rare nowadays where solicitors forget they are being paid by you, and do their own thing in their own time. We were only selling so cannot comment on the buying side. Dealing with our buyer’s solicitor though was tortuous. I would definitely use this company again have now dealt with them twice. Being the first move in 34 yrs, we needed a little hand holding at times. Kate was calm, informative and kept us updated of progress. House selling and buying in England is a ridiculous flawed system but the process is bearable if you have the right solicitor which we had. Would recommend and use again.

We requested this company to buy an apartment, we already have a process, 1 yearrrrrrrrrr and two accepted offers from the bank, but I haven't received the keys to the house yet! they dragged out the process by always being on vacation! Or delay after delay, expired documents, or somethings else !!! they are the laziest and most irresponsible solicitors . I do not recommend!👎👎👎
I had a fantastic experience with my solicitor, Kerry, who worked with me to initially sell my home but I went back to her when purchasing my next property. She was incredibly responsive, patient, and supportive. She has a great attention to detail and will ensure that your best interests are protected when dealing with the estate agent and other solicitors. Would highly recommend!
Read all the other 1 star reviews and run a mile! Atrocious service, delay after delay, lost documents, poor communications, 5 months into a straightforward property transaction and there is zero urgency on their side to get exchange and completion through. Recommended by Estate Agents and they can't get to speak to anyone for days on end either. Do your due diligence before choosing this firm!
