This is a company where in the main you can get to speak to your conveyancer. So rare nowadays where solicitors forget they are being paid by you, and do their own thing in their own time. We were only selling so cannot comment on the buying side. Dealing with our buyer’s solicitor though was tortuous. I would definitely use this company again have now dealt with them twice.
